I’ve ordered from hellobistro.com a few times for lunch, and for the most part it’s been decent. The greens and tomatoes usually taste fresh, and the bowls are normally fine when I just need something quick.
I did have one order that was kind of awkward, though. The lettuce looked tired and the avocado was a little brown, and I felt a bit embarrassed even complaining about it because it wasn’t totally awful, just not what I expected for the price.

I’d probably still order again if I’m nearby or don’t feel like hunting for another option, but I do wish they were a little more consistent with checking the produce. Overall it feels like a 3-star experience to me.

The food was fine overall, but I kind of regret stopping in when I did because the service was slower than I expected. I ended up waiting longer than I’d planned, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

I’m always a little nervous ordering food online because I hate feeling like I got tricked by confusing options or surprise changes at checkout. This was straightforward though. I could pick the toppings I wanted, swap a few things without any hassle, and the order showed up the way I expected. It was a nice option for a day when I wanted something healthier but still actually good.

The burger was really good, like really good. It was juicy, the bun tasted fresh, and overall it was way better than I expected.

The portions can be hit or miss, so it’s kind of frustrating when you spend the money and feel like you didn’t really get your money’s worth. It’s not bad at all, but I’d probably think twice before ordering again because I don’t like feeling like I could’ve gotten a better meal somewhere else for the same price.

Everything I ordered was included, so I didn’t have to deal with any mix-ups or missing items. Simple and easy experience...

The place was really clean when I went in. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and even the bathroom was totally fine. It just made it easy to sit down, eat, and not think about anything weird. Would go back

I’ve ordered from here before and have usually had a good experience. The ingredients tasted fresh and the food was enjoyable overall. The only thing was the chicken was a little dry this time, but everything else was solid.

It was fine overall, nothing really terrible or anything, but the service could definitely be faster. The staff seemed nice enough, I guess, but there were moments where I was just waiting around longer than expected. Food/place/whatever was okay, just the speed kind of stood out to me. Not a bad experience, just could be better...

I’ve had better luck with takeout overall, and it just feels more reassuring knowing I can pick it up myself and not worry as much about the timing.

I ordered lunch through hellobistro.com, and overall it was a smooth enough experience. Compared to some other restaurant sites I’ve used, the menu was easy to browse, everything loaded without issues, and checkout didn’t feel like a hassle.
The only part that bugged me was that the pickup time changed after I had already paid, and my salad was missing one topping. The food still tasted good, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a little annoying. I’d probably order again, just not if I’m on a tight schedule

I ordered from Hello Bistro and the portions were bigger than I thought they’d be. My salad was stuffed full, probably enough for like one and a half meals for me. I ate a good amount and still had some left for later. Definitely not one of those places where you spend around 12 or 15 bucks and are hungry again an hour later. I was happy with it.
